These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Real Estate CRM Pro, including the CRM, scheduling, email, video, document, reporting, and team operations features we provide.
Use of the Service
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only in compliance with these terms, applicable real estate rules, privacy laws, email and messaging laws, and third-party platform policies. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permission basis for contacts, messages, files, campaigns, and other data you add to the service.
Accounts and Teams
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, managing team member access, and promptly removing users who should no longer have access. Actions taken through your account or team workspace may be treated as authorized by you.
Communications and Compliance
You are responsible for obtaining and honoring any consent required before sending email, SMS, calling, recording video, requesting signatures, or using automation. You agree not to use Real Estate CRM Pro to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited communications.
Billing
Paid plans, trials, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and payment terms are shown during checkout or in account billing settings. If billing enforcement is enabled and payment fails, access to paid features may be limited until the account is current.
Third-Party Services
The service may connect to providers such as Google, Stripe, email delivery services, calendar providers, video services, and inbound email processors. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the third party's terms and policies.
Customer Data
You retain ownership of data you submit to the service. You grant us permission to process that data as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support the service.
Service Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption to active customers when changing core functionality.
No Professional Advice
Real Estate CRM Pro is workflow software. It does not provide legal, tax, brokerage, compliance, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your business.
